Counselling, Psychotherapy & Clinical Supervision

I believe effective supervision begins with a strong supervisory relationship. Using a strength-based and reflective practice approach, I provide a space where supervisees feel supported, gently challenged, and encouraged to bring their authentic selves into their work.
Together, we reflect on the emotional impact of the work, deepen self-awareness, and explore how personal and professional experiences influence practice. Drawing on almost 20 years of clinical experience, I offer guidance, encouragement, and practical insights to support your professional development, while fostering confidence in your own clinical judgement and therapeutic style.
My approach is informed by an understanding of trauma, attachment, and nervous system regulation, recognising that our personal experiences inevitably shape the way we show up in our clinical work.
I also recognise that many of the challenges practitioners face arise not only from their clinical work, but from the broader organisational systems in which they work. Supervision can provide a valuable space to explore workplace stress, professional relationships, team dynamics, leadership challenges, ethical dilemmas, and situations where personal and organisational values may feel at odds.
I view supervision as more than a professional requirement. Clinical work can be deeply meaningful, yet emotionally demanding. Supervision provides a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your authentic Self, your professional purpose, and the values that guide your practice.
I welcome supervisees at all stages of their professional journey, from students and early-career practitioners to experienced clinicians seeking a reflective and supportive supervisory relationship.
